Beauté Candy Ongles Reviews

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this nail salon was extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed. From the moment I arrived, the service felt rushed, inattentive, and far below what I expected. The quality of the work was unacceptable — not only did it lack attention to detail, but it also looked uneven and poorly done. I expressed my concerns during the appointment, yet they were dismissed instead of being fixed properly. For the price I paid, this level of service is completely unreasonable. What made the experience worse was the attitude I received when I tried to explain that I wasn’t happy. Instead of listening or trying to correct the issue, the staff acted defensive and uninterested. I left the salon feeling frustrated, disrespected, and absolutely dissatisfied. This was supposed to be a simple self-care appointment, but it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I truly hope the salon takes customer feedback seriously because no client should leave feeling this way.

I went last night to get my nails done for my birthday. The lady doing the pedicure on someone was very rude. I asked what was the price to get my nails done she said and I quote “It’s on the wall It’s on the wall” as if i didn’t hear her the first time. With a rude tone and manner. The price for gel nails wasn’t even written.Rude and weird .Don’t have a business if you don’t know how to treat your clients.

Got a pedicure here back in July, I just had my baby I was excited to have my nails done. The women doing my feet started taking out an ingrown toe nail but by the end I was screaming and crying and begging her to stop, she wouldn’t stop and kept going. Fast forward it’s November 14th and the gash in my foot is still there and very infected. After taking antibiotics and have creams prescribed to me, I now have to go have a surgery to remove the toe nail and try to get the infection out, ill also be needing stitches because of how big the gash is. I was informed that I need to call the health department on the salon

The staff are very friendly, I absolutely adore them. My friend recommended me this place so I decided to give it a try. The prices are absolutely cheap. This is one of the less expensive nail salon I've ever been to. I find that a good thing considering the results. I am satisfied with my nails but some things are to be considered. I called to book an appointment when I arrived there, I couldn't help but notice the place was short staffed for the amount of customers. So I waited for my turn calmly. I asked the lady to put fake nails and apply Gel to protect the color so she did. I was happy with the outcome but I wish my nails were sharpened more cause they look more like a square than a coffin (which is what I asked). Anyway not a big deal. I wanted one nail to be different from the others so I asked her to put a white color but she didn't understand the first time so she fixed it 3 times. 1 of those times was because I didn't like the color (not her fault). The next day I went back because I broke my nail (my fault). Another woman served me she was super nice and she was prioritizing me because I was in a hurry. She was rough on my nail but did a great job. I would definitely go back when I have a day off.

The staff is very nice, I arrived there without appointment and apparently near the closing hour and she still received me, it was not expensive at all and my nails looked pretty decent even though she did them super fast and while doing 2 other clients at the same time. I'll probably go back with appointment this time and see if the results are better.
