I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this nail salon was extremely disappointing and needs to be addressed. From the moment I arrived, the service felt rushed, inattentive, and far below what I expected. The quality of the work was unacceptable — not only did it lack attention to detail, but it also looked uneven and poorly done. I expressed my concerns during the appointment, yet they were dismissed instead of being fixed properly. For the price I paid, this level of service is completely unreasonable. What made the experience worse was the attitude I received when I tried to explain that I wasn’t happy. Instead of listening or trying to correct the issue, the staff acted defensive and uninterested. I left the salon feeling frustrated, disrespected, and absolutely dissatisfied. This was supposed to be a simple self-care appointment, but it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I truly hope the salon takes customer feedback seriously because no client should leave feeling this way.
